What Connect refuses to do.
A tool that promises everything is useful for nothing. Connect does one thing: your presence on Google Maps. Here is what we rule out, and what we commit to.
No invented numbers
Some data simply is not available — where a review came from, for instance. When that happens we say so, or we do not show it. We never fill a gap with an estimate dressed up as a fact.
Nothing ships without you
Review replies, listing edits, posts: everything goes through an explicit approval. You see exactly what is about to be sent, and the audit trail keeps the before and the after.
No review gating
Routing unhappy customers to a private form so only the happy ones reach Google is against Google’s policies. It works right up until the listing gets pulled. We will not do it, even if you ask.
